Aerosol is a pressure packaging product, with most of its functional ingredients being organic solvents and most of its propellants being flammable gases. Therefore, the valve of Aerosol was improved and a binary spray bag valve was developed.

Bag-On-Valve includes a valve seat, a hollow valve body, a valve stem, an inner sealing ring, a spring, and a sealing bag. The valve body is fixedly arranged inside the valve seat, and the valve stem runs through the valve body. The inner sealing ring is pressed between the top of the valve body and the inner wall of the valve seat, and the inner sealing ring is sleeved at one end of the valve stem to form a sliding seal with the valve stem. One end of the valve stem is also equipped with a spraying chamber, and the spring is pressed between the other end of the valve stem and the inner wall of the valve body, The valve stem is equipped with a spraying channel for connecting the valve stem spraying cavity and the valve body. The spraying channel includes a limiting hole and a spraying gap. The limiting hole is located in the middle of the valve stem, one end of the limiting hole is connected to the spraying cavity of the valve stem, and the other end of the limiting hole is connected to the outside of the valve stem. The spraying gap is jointly enclosed by the inner wall of the valve body and the outer wall of the valve stem. The valve stem is equipped with a circular flange below the limiting hole, And the top end of the annular flange can contact and seal with the bottom end of the inner sealing ring.

Bag-On-Valve controls the gas release by controlling the connection between the flow limiting hole of the valve stem and the spray gap. The operation is simple, and the raw material is wrapped in a sealed bag to separate the raw material from the propellant, preventing secondary pollution of the raw material. At the same time, the propellant uses nitrogen or compressed air, reducing the possibility of flammability and explosion, and greatly improving the safety performance of the aerosol. The use of this bag valve technology has the following advantages:
Compressed air is only used to propel and disperse the filled material.
