COMMON METHODS OF THE FILLING MACHINES

1. Normal pressure filling method;
This type of equipment usually raises the reservoir to increase the pressure. It can be filled with its own weight as the driving force, and is suitable for the processing of milk, grape wine and other products with good fluidity and low viscosity.

2. Pressure filling method;
This type of equipment is used for filling under the condition that the pressure is higher than the atmospheric pressure. One is to use the pressure in the storage tank to maintain the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid material flows into the bottle by its own weight, which is also called equal pressure filling. The other is to add a booster piston on the top of the storage tank to boost the processing. Common filling products include beer, champagne, drinks with gas, etc.

3. Negative pressure filling method;
This type of equipment is also called vacuum Filling Machine, which must ensure that the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and then fill the product according to the principle of air pressure balance. This kind of equipment is generally simple in structure, but it has strong air tightness between components, and has no great requirements on the viscosity of materials. It can complete the processing of syrup, oil, soy sauce and other products. The beer filling machine adopts the negative pressure filling method.
